I hit a large rock in the road while traveling near Steubenville Ohio and bent my rim. I took it to Team Ford first thing Friday morning. After waiting an hour an half they said could not get part and wanted to charge me over $750 for 1 tire and rim. They also said maybe could get the part Saturday but couldn't commit to even possibly Monday. I was on vacation and supposed to be in NC by Sunday. I called Keim in Columbus. I explained my situation and they said would check and call me back. In 10 minutes called me back and found a refurbished rim at a substantial savings. I put the spare on back and drove 3 hours back to Columbus. I worked with Barry Thompson who manages Keim's internet sales. Traded an email with him after finding an Edge matching my criteria on Autotrader.com then talked several times on the phone. Barry was very professional, didn't pressure me, and knew that I was over 60 miles away with a Ford dealership close by to my house. He worked with me and made me comfortable that the drive was worthwhile to do business with Keim. I dropped by on short notice and the vehicle was completely spotless and ready. The only waiting I had was due to me being there about an hour later than I said I was going to be so he (and then the finance person) was working with another couple, but Barry and several other people came over to check on me and you could tell it bothered them that I had to wait (again, entirely my fault).
