Here at Jim Keim Ford we know that for business customers time is money! We do everything we can to minimize your downtime for maintenance and repairs, and offer fleet discounts on parts and service.  We also have service until 9 pm Monday through Thursday so you can drop your vehicle off after work, have the maintenance or light repair done overnight and pick it up the next morning.  Additionally, we work closely with Ford Quality Fleet Care, which provides many tools for managing your fleet while saving you even more time to spend running your business.  Here are a few of the features and benefits.

What is Quality Fleet Care?
Quality Fleet Care is our package of continuously improving support services for small, medium, and large fleets across the country. More than ever, Quality Fleet Care represents our after-sale commitment to our fleet customers for the full range of Ford Motor Company vehicles. 
 

Quality Fleet Care Online Reporting
On-line reporting provides a valuable and secured source of reporting information. Reports have been designed to meet the needs of Quality Fleet Care customers. To register for Quality Fleet Care Online Reporting contact Dale Houghtlen at 614-888-3333 or toll-free at 800-761-5346.

Parts Only Centralized Billing
Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships and Ford Authorized Parts Distributors (FADs) will bill Genuine Ford Branded or Motorcraft parts purchases directly to your company through QFC. 
 

QFC accounts can:

  • Purchase parts from multiple locations and receive one monthly parts bill.
  • Receive invoices containing specific details to support the amounts billed, organized by transaction date, invoice number, locations, parts and freight charges, sales taxes, and total charges.
  • Centralized or location billing can be arranged to streamline your invoicing and payment procedures.
  • Centralized billing for parts only for a reduced 3% administration fee.
